Horizon Energy Services was conceived to address a structural inefficiency in the regional energy services market: critical campaigns repeatedly stall in the hand-offs between chemical suppliers, manpower agencies, equipment rental yards and independent auditors.
Our answer is vertical integration. HES owns the chemistry, the workforce, the equipment fleet and the audit function — under one roof, one contract and one commercial accountability — with new manufacturing and laboratory facilities being commissioned in Muscat.
The result is faster response, formulations engineered for the region's produced fluids, and a procurement experience that compresses ten line items into one.
